Universiti Malaya: Postponement of lecture due to flood.

KUALA LUMPUR: Universiti Malaya has postponed all lecture in week 9 due to critical flood in multiple state like Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang.

Many students’ residence and transportation were affected by flood which start from 17 December and could not attend the physical or online lecture.

However, administration side has received several complaints that some lecturers still conduct the class ignoring students who affected by flood.

On 20 December, after consideration, Universiti Malaya administration decided to postpone all lecture in week 9 (20 December – 25 December) so that students can cope with flood.

The date for replacement lecture will be discuss and decide by the lecturer and student together after week 9 of lecture week.
